3. Booking Fee

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of reservation. This policy ensures we can prepare for your visit and allocate our resources appropriately.

        •Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled booking date, regardless of the reason.

No-Show Policy

•Failure to attend your booking without prior cancellation notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, with no refund or credit issued.

Rescheduling

•Bookings may be rescheduled twice with at least 24hrs notice, subject to availability.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We implement various security measures to maintain the safety of your information, including encryption and secure payment processing methods. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
